Randy is a USA Weightlifting National Coach, a certified Advanced Olympic Weightlifting Coach through Totten Training Systems, an instructor for the USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Weightlifting Coaches Course and a former Team Leader Instructor for the Russian Kettlebell Challenge. He is also a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. With 30 years of coaching experience, Randy has advised runners, cyclists, weightlifters and kettlebell athletes of all ages and abilities. He is a former national record holder in three weight classes in Girevoy Sport (Kettlebell Sport), a National Masters Olympic Weightlifting medalist and a former Pennsylvania state age group record holder in Olympic Weightlifting. Randy is an enthusiastic and innovative advocate for resistance exercise as a positive transformational strategy not only for improving athletic performance but also for enhancing general physical and mental well-being.
